In accordance with Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Fepline maintains a refund policy for supplement products. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and direct sales channels.
Per Indonesian regulations governing dietary supplements (BPOM regulations), once a supplement package has been opened or the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all Fepline supplement products regardless of the reason for return request.
Unopened, sealed supplement packages may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
For eligible refund requests:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard refund requests. For defective or incorrectly shipped products, Fepline will provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take an additional 5-10 business days.
